Refund Policy

We want you to be sure Burraq is right for you before you pay, which is why every account starts with a 30-day free trial with everything included and no card required.

Cancelling

You can cancel your US$20/month subscription at any time from the Subscription page. You won't be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Charged by mistake? If you were charged after forgetting to cancel, or charged twice, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
• First payment: if Burraq isn't working out, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Otherwise, monthly payments are not refunded for partly used months — cancelling stops future payments.
• Paid by JazzCash: the same rules apply to months you paid for in advance; we refund by JazzCash to the number you paid from. Months you haven't started yet can be refunded on request.
• If Burraq is unavailable for a long period through our fault, or we remove a feature you rely on, we'll refund the affected period.

How to ask

Email mahboobyasser@yahoo.com from the email address of your account and tell us the date of the charge. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
